Your suppliers don’t have APIs. You have 40 browser tabs.

Portal rounds

Someone logs into every supplier site, every day, to copy the same three fields.

Late tracking

Tracking numbers reach your store hours or days late, and customers notice first.

Surprise backorders

A backorder or price change sits unseen until an order fails.

It’s not a hard job. It’s just never-ending.

Set it up once, then stop checking

Illustrative example
  1. Add a portal

Enter the login for a supplier account you already use. Two-factor codes are forwarded from an inbox or authenticator you choose.

  2. Show what to pull

Point at the order list once, or pick a ready-made template for a common portal.

  3. Get one sheet

PortalPull checks every portal on your schedule, updates your Google Sheet, and alerts you when something ships, slips or changes price.

Built for buyers with too many logins

Encrypted login vault

Supplier logins are stored encrypted and used only for the checks you schedule.

Two-factor handling

Codes are forwarded from an inbox or authenticator you control, so checks keep running.

Change alerts

Email or Slack when an order ships, goes on backorder or changes price.

One sheet out

Results land in Google Sheets or a CSV, in the columns you choose.

Run log with screenshots

Every check records what it saw, so you can trust the sheet.

Questions sellers ask

Is PortalPull available now?

Not yet. We’re building it now, and founding members get access first, at the founding price.

Is this scraping?

PortalPull signs in to accounts you already have, as you, on a schedule you set. Some suppliers forbid automated access in their terms; we’ll check each portal’s terms with you before turning it on.

Which portals does it support?

Any supplier website with a normal login, as long as its terms allow it. We’ll add ready-made templates for the most requested portals; name yours in the sign-up form.

How are my logins kept safe?

Logins are encrypted and used only for the checks you schedule. We’ll publish our security practices before launch.

What about two-factor codes?

You forward codes from an inbox or authenticator you control. PortalPull never tries to get around a supplier’s security.

What happens when a portal changes its layout?

The check fails visibly in the run log, you get an alert, and we fix the template. Your sheet keeps the last good data.

Can it update my Shopify or Amazon store?

Not at launch. Pushing tracking numbers to your store is planned.

Who is it for?

Sellers and small distributors buying from 10 or more suppliers whose sites have no API or EDI.

Close the tabs. Keep the sheet.
